Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Returned items must comply with our return policy:

• You must email for a return authorization number prior to returning merchandise. Email for returns: info@smaerdapparel.com
• Items may be returned within 10 days from the date the parcel is received at customers expense.
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging included.
• Please note that orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of making a purchase provided that the item/s have not shipped.
• Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
• Sale Items are final sale.
• Smaerd Apparel is not responsible for return packages improperly addressed. This will cause a delay in refund.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
• Due to varying processing times refunds can take up to 30 days.
